All Staff are eligible to view their own personnel files through digital or paper-based at any time. You have the right to access and correct your personal information and privacy preferences. Our auditing system, amend, erase and update information to ensure accurate record.
Data disclosure:
Information provided by an employee as part of their employment will not be disclosed to third parties without written permission. The exceptions to this are where the courts have ordered disclosure, or the information has been requested for an official enquiry from:
• The Department for Work and Pensions
• Revenue & Customs
• The Child Support Agency
• The Police
Temporary Workers:
We follow the GDPR May 2018, which requires that 8 data protection principles be followed in the handling personal data for example we ensure data to be:
- Fairly and lawfully process
- Data to be Processed for limited purposes
- Adequate, relevant, and not excessive
- Not kept for longer than is necessary
- Processed in accordance with individuals’ right
- Secure
- Not transferred to areas without adequate protection.
